As the Vice President of Finance, Diana oversees the operations of the accounting, payroll and human resources functions at Las Vegas Events as well as LVE produced events. She produces monthly and annual financial statements, the annual budget and manages all external and internal audits and tax return preparation. Diana is also responsible for the management of the Las Vegas Events' insurance portfolio as well as the development of department policies and procedures.
